All Spruced Up for a Holiday Celebration with The Terry Lower Trio featuring vocalist Lana Hoffman on Dec. 6 at 7pm
You are cordially invited to celebrate the most wonderful time of the year with the KCB and their special guests the Terry Lower Trio and vocalist Lana Hoffman, as we get all spruced up to celebrate the 2026 winter holidays. Terry and his trio are seen often in SW Michigan, and again grace our stage sharing favorite holiday tunes. They are joined by vocalist Lana Hoffman who adds a touch of sparkle to their performance. Together with the KCB, the music is bound to put you in a mood to spruce up and feel the holiday spirit.

Celebrate the season together at our free Kalamazoo holiday concert. All ages are welcome to experience the joy of the holidays through music. The Terry Lower Trio featuring vocalist Lana Hoffman
Pianist Terry Lower and vocalist Edye Evans Hyde have shared a variety of musical experiences and created a swinging, exciting sound while performing together during the past 25 years.
From small jazz groups, to big bands and large symphony orchestras, their combined talents include appearances at jazz festivals, on cruise ships, and clubs and concert halls in the USA, Europe, and Asia.
Joined by Jim Ryan or Larry Ochiltree on drums and Ray Tini on bass, this group loves to perform their unique arrangements on jazz standards and songs by the composers of the Great American Songbook.

What should I wear?
Dress as good as you feel, up or down. Come as you are or dress up–it’s up to you!
What time do doors open?
Doors open at 6:00pm. Enjoy music from Kalamazoo Concert Band Fab 5 Woodwind Quintet in the lobby before the concert.
Is there a concessions stand?
Yes. Miller Auditorium will offer sweets, snacks, and sips.

Where do I park?
Miller Auditorium offers free on-site parking for all-season events. Some of our performances sell to Miller’s full capacity of approximately 3,500, so please arrive at least one hour before the engagement to secure your desired parking location. For most Miller season performances, we have officers on hand to help direct traffic near the theatre before and after the performance. For sold-out or close-to-sold-out Miller performances, traffic volume will be higher than usual, so please allow for extra travel time.
